Progress should be understandable and reviewable.

FinAI’s evaluation approach starts with a defined financial workflow and measures agreed with the people who use it.

What a focused evaluation can include

  1. 01

    Define the use case

Choose a narrow workflow, identify its users and clarify which sources, jurisdictions and outputs are in scope.

  2. 02

    Establish a baseline

Record the time, corrections and unresolved exceptions in the existing process using a defined sample and period.

  3. 03

    Review the work

Evaluate the workflow with the responsible professionals and document corrections, exceptions and the reasons behind their decisions.

  4. 04

    Report the outcome with context

Present the sample, method, duration and limitations alongside any measured result. Publish customer-specific information only with appropriate permission.
